Hi, I’m Paige, an Arizona native, coffee enthusiast, dog lover, and the founder of The Refresh Room.
I began my nursing career in 2017, spending several years caring for critically ill patients in the adult ICU. While I loved the science and complexity of medicine, I eventually discovered my passion in aesthetics, where medicine, artistry, and human connection come together.
Since transitioning into aesthetics in 2021, I have dedicated myself to helping patients look and feel like the most confident version of themselves. My approach is centered around natural, balanced results that enhance your features without changing what makes you uniquely you. Whether we’re discussing skin health, injectables, hormones, or wellness, my goal is always the same: to listen, educate, and create a personalized plan that helps you achieve your goals with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, I am married to my husband, Zach, and am a proud mom to our daughter, Ripley. Our two Corgis, Zoey and Banjo, still firmly believe they run the household. When I’m not at The Refresh Room, you’ll likely find me in a Pilates class, tending to my vegetable garden, working on a DIY project, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
A few fun facts:
• I love learning, gardening, Pilates, and embracing a little harmless cringe.
• I dislike green bean casserole, inauthenticity, and being cold.
• I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Desirae Ainsley, BSN, RN, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for aesthetics to The Refresh Room. A nurse since 2016, she discovered her love for aesthetic medicine over two years ago and has since trained with some of the industry’s top professionals. Her dedication to continuous learning and mastery of her craft allows her to deliver results that enhance natural beauty while maintaining a refreshed and balanced look.
Desirae’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in artistry, skill, and genuine care for her patients. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals, ensuring every treatment is customized to enhance confidence and highlight natural features. Her warm personality and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable part of The Refresh Room team.
