Frequently Asked Question

A place to refresh, restore and renew your skin.

A solid home skincare routine is hands down the most important part of maintaining healthy and radiant skin in between treatments. Implementing a medical grade skincare in to your daily routine is the foundation for healthy, vibrant skin.

It goes beyond addressing immediate concerns; it’s a proactive investment in the long-term well-being of your skin. Medical-grade skincare stands out for its ability to deliver more profound results by penetrating multiple layers of the skin. With higher concentrations of active ingredients, these formulations can reach deeper levels, addressing skin concerns at their source.

Unlike some over-the-counter options that may stay on the surface, medical-grade skincare is designed to permeate the skin’s layers, promoting cellular renewal and collagen production. This depth of action allows for a more comprehensive and transformative impact on issues like fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.

Choosing medical-grade skincare is an investment in unlocking the full potential of your skin. By dedicating time to your skincare, you’re not just caring for your skin – you’re nurturing a healthy and confident version of yourself.

What is the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau?

Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau are all neuromodulators, which means they are injectable treatments that temporarily relax muscle activity, leading to a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. While they share a similar mechanism of action, there are some differences among them:

Active Ingredient:

Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA)

The pioneer in the field, Botox has been widely used for many years. It is derived from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum.

Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA)

Dysport also comes from the same bacterium, Clostridium botulinum, but it has a slightly different formulation than Botox.

Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA)

Jeuveau is the newest addition to the market and is also derived from Clostridium botulinum. It is formulated to be a purified version of the toxin.

Onset of Action

The onset of action, or the time it takes for the treatment to start producing visible results, takes 2 full weeks for all three products.

Duration of Effect

While individual responses vary, the duration of effect is generally similar for all three products, typically lasting around three to four months.
