Known for her warm, approachable nature, Nikki is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their wellness journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and three golden retrievers, staying active, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Alyson has been married to her husband for 25 years and is the proud mom of two. Before joining The Refresh Room team, she was a patient herself and quickly fell in love with the practice’s philosophy of enhancing your natural beauty rather than changing who you are. She believes the best aesthetic results help you look like yourself—just refreshed and more confident.
Helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and excited about their journey is one of Alyson’s favorite parts of her role. She loves building genuine relationships and creating a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
When she’s not at The Refresh Room, you’ll likely find her planning her next getaway or exploring somewhere new with her family. Travel is her love language, and she believes some of life’s best memories are made through new experiences and adventures together. She also enjoys home decorating, discovering unique thrifted finds, and finding beauty in everyday moments.
